apt не работает, полагаясь на неработающую версию Perl

пытаясь обновить пакеты на pibian, я сталкиваюсь со следующими проблемами, но все проблемы, которые нужно решить, включают обновление perl, что невозможно, если apt полагается на сломанный perl. На данный момент все, что я могу сделать, это переустановить ОС
