Добавить пользователя в группу Unattend.xml

Я создал следующий файл Unattend.xml. Единственная проблема заключается в том, что он не будет добавлять пользователей в группу пользователей.

Я ищу в Google, что я делаю неправильно, но я просто не могу понять, в чем проблема. Он должен работать в соответствии с документацией, которую я нашел. Я использовал Windows System Image Manager для создания этого файла.
