Недопустимая команда PORT. - Подключение через WinSCP

Когда я пытаюсь подключиться к своему ftp-серверу через winscp, я впервые получаю сообщение об ошибке «Команда недопустимого порта», и это происходит, когда в нем перечислены файлы корневого каталога (/). Я не уверен, как избавиться от этой ошибки, проверял исходный сценарий (предполагая, что есть некоторый сценарий инициализации), но не смог найти правильный источник или ссылки для изучения.
