obviously you have built a kernel with incompatible options. Boot off a CD/DVD/USB for your distro. Then you need to install the default kernel. Ususally Grub keeps a record of your previous kernels and allows you to use a previous one, for just this reason.
If your distro has a rescue option use that to get to the console if you can. Otherwise you will have to use the LIVE media to re-install a working kernel.
