перестал работать веб-установщик

Я только что скачал и установил установщик веб-платформы на компьютер с Windows 7 и пытался установить Orchard CMS через него. Он загружает CMS из Интернета, но при запуске установки останавливается с сообщением об ошибке Windows «Установщик веб-платформы перестал работать».
