Установить Perl Template-Toolkit для bugzilla на окнах

Я пытаюсь установить Bugzilla на свой локальный сервер разработки (на базе Windows). Мой сервер - стандартная установка xampp. Я дошел до того, что мне нужно установить соответствующие модули Perl, но один из них (Template-Toolkit), похоже, не распознается. Первоначально я пытался установить его через ppm, но при запуске файла checkzup bugzillas, в самом конце я получаю следующее сообщение:

COMMANDS TO INSTALL REQUIRED MODULES (You *must* run all these commands and then re-run this script):  ppm install Template-Toolkit *** Installation aborted. Read the messages above. ***

но я уже бегал, ppm install Template-Toolkitи это работало без явных ошибок. Увидев еще один пост здесь, я попробовал пакет CPZ bugzilla:

cpan Bundle::Bugzilla

но опять не повезло. Есть ли что-нибудь еще, что я могу попробовать установить?

Я использую Windows 7 Pro 64bit и Perl 5.10.1 (который поставляется с установкой xampp)

Любая помощь будет оценена.

xampp устанавливает Perl 5.10.1, но Bugzilla работает только с 5.8.1

Вам необходимо установить Template: ppm install Template.

PS Strawberry Perl проще использовать в Windows.

I have Activeperl version 5.20.1 installed separately from xampp. And I am getting the following error when accessing bugzilla:

Software error:

Template creation failed: failed to create context: failed to load Bugzilla/Template/Context.pm: Can't locate Bugzilla/Template/Context.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Bugzilla::Template::Context module) (@INC contains: . lib C:/Perl64/site/lib C:/Perl64/lib) at C:/Perl64/site/lib/Template/Config.pm line 82. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (postmaster@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

How do I resolve this error so that I can install the template-Toolkit package for bugzilla?
