Нужен uploadprogress в Debian 9 / php 7

Для установки drupal на Debian 9 я хочу установить php pecl uploadprogress. В Ubuntu есть простой способ с ppa от ondrej, но я не могу найти ничего о том, как заставить его работать в Debian. По понятным причинам add-apt-repositoryнесовместимо с идеологией Debian.
