рторрент приостанавливает торренты и не может возобновить

рторрент через некоторое время приостанавливает торренты сам по себе. На сервере работает 3 рторрента, только один делает это, но я не могу понять, почему. Он не останавливает посев по соотношению, он останавливает даже торренты с 0,00 загруженными.

Я не могу нажать старт, и они снова запустятся, мне нужно удалить их и снова загрузить .torrent файл. Вот мой rtorrent.conf
