Случайное зависание Debian 9 на новом ПК

После установки GNU / Linux на мой новый ПК несколько месяцев назад у меня возникали случайные зависания, которые становятся все более частыми. Экран зависает без движения курсора или ответа на клавиатуру. Сначала у меня возникла эта проблема с Kubuntu, но после нескольких недель, когда я не мог найти источник проблемы, я отформатировал диск и установил Debian 9 вместо этого, ожидая, что новая установка решит проблему. После того, как я подключил свой андроид к ПК, швы продолжаются и швы происходят чаще. Звук продолжается несколько секунд, затем заикается и останавливается.
