ssh работает, но не scp и sftp, на бионическом

Я обновился с Xenial до Bionic, и теперь scp и sftp больше не работают. SSH работает. Когда я пытаюсь перенести файлы с другого компьютера на компьютер Bionic, я получаю сообщение:

lost connection

Как я могу снова заставить работать scp и sftp?
