Вход SSH в коммутатор Cisco с использованием открытого ключа - ошибка протокола, тип 60

Я выдал странную проблему при попытке подключиться из системы Debian к Cisco C2960 через SSH с использованием открытых ключей.

Я сгенерировал ключи в своем клиенте Windows XShell (RSA, 1024bit). После этого я экспортировал эти ключи в файл формата PEM и отправил на мой удаленный Debian.

Итак, на данный момент, если я пытаюсь подключиться через SSH, используя закрытый ключ от любого клиента Windows (XShell, Putty) - все в порядке.

Когда я пытаюсь подключиться с моего компьютера Debian - я получаю сообщение об ошибке «Отключение: ошибка протокола: тип 60 rcvd».

Этот ключ работает с переключателями HP как шарм, поэтому я понятия не имею, что делать.
