Возможная проблема .HTACCESS

Я запускаю сценарий клонирования YouTube на локальной установке XAMPP через машину Windows 7. После установки я вижу домашнюю страницу, но если перейти на любую другую страницу по ссылке или по прямому URL-адресу, я получаю сообщение об ошибке 404 «Объект не найден». У меня есть ощущение, что это может иметь отношение к моему файлу .htaccess, но не к 100%.

Мой сайт настраивается на виртуальном хосте через dev.mywebsite.com, указывая на папку на моем локальном компьютере.
