который показывает, что все работало хорошо (на процессоре 0). Проблема в том, что если я через несколько минут снова запускаю cpufreq-info, получаю

похоже, какой-то другой процесс изменил настройки. Кто-нибудь знает, как это исправить?

Я также пробовал много разных настроек, но у меня похожее поведение.
