компилировать php5 на MacOS ElCapitan ошибка

Я пытаюсь скомпилировать php 5.6.25 на MacOS Server 5 (он же ElCapitan) с этими параметрами:

Первой ошибкой, с которой я столкнулся, были отсутствующие файлы заголовков openSSL, поэтому я установил их с помощью homebrew. Но теперь я получаю:

checking "whether flock struct is linux ordered"... "no" checking "whether flock struct is BSD ordered"... "no" configure: error: Don't know how to define struct flock on this system, set --enable-opcache=no

С этой опцией он компилируется, но мне интересно, не лучше ли было бы решить эту проблему раньше.

настройка выполняется, завершается с ошибкой: В файле, включенном в /SourceCache/php-5.6.25/ext/odbc/php_odbc.c:37: ext / odbc / php_odbc_includes.h: 98: 10: фатальная ошибка: 'iodbcext. h 'файл не найден #include Quwax 7 лет назад 0
ошибка: 'iodbcext.h' решена через установку libiobbc, но теперь я получаю неподдерживаемый размер off_t Quwax 7 лет назад 0
