cygwin не распознает config.guess при установке пакета Haskell

Я пытаюсь установить пакет на Haskell в Windows 10 64-bit. Я установил Cygwin для архитектуры x64. Позже я установил automake-1.15с помощью установочного файла Cygwin. Я скачал последние config.guessи config.subфайлы и положил их в automake-1.15каталог. Тем не менее, я все еще не могу успешно настроить пакет Haskell.

Перед заменой config.guessи config.subфайлы, метка времени config.guessбыла где - то в 2014 году, но сообщение конфигурации также показал 2002-07-23. Что мне не хватает?

Install Automake and Autoconf (all versions preferred), and reinstall automake-1.15 just in case.

Before running configure run autoreconf -ifv. This should install latest config.guess on your source tree
