Is the mailbox you're trying to get the quota for a shared mailbox? Your first screenshot says "servicedesk@" - is this an incorrect assumption? Please update your question. Additionally, how did you add the account to your computer? I can see that it says "Microsoft Exchange" so I'll assume, when you went through the wizard, you clicked to add an Exchange account and not, for example, an IMAP? Kinnectus 5 лет назад 0
