Возможно, это очень простой вопрос, но я хотел знать, в чем разница между звуковым файлом .3gp и звуковым файлом .amr. Можно ли воспроизводить оба этих файла, и если да, то какие программные средства Windows 7 поддерживают их? Какова точная разница между этими двумя форматами файлов?
