Судо Stunnel не удается на бета-версии Kubuntu 15.10

Когда я выполняю следующую команду, sudo stunnel /etc/stunnel/stunnel.confя получаю это сообщение:

С этой другой командой $ systemctl status stunnel4.serviceя получаю:
