В postgrey его можно отправлять как в белый список, так и в адрес получателей. Все, что нужно сделать для внесения в белый список хоста, - это добавить его полное доменное имя или его IP-адрес в файл /etc/postfix/postgrey_whitelist_clients.local. например:
